Debbie Baker is President of Bellwether Executive Search, Inc.and has recruited in industrial automation & controls for 25 years. She received a B. Music from Converse College in 1987 and received her M. Ed. in Student Personnel Services from the University of South Carolina in 1990. Debbie worked as Director of Career Planning and Placement for Columbia College of South Carolina until 1995. An entrepreneur at heart, she collaborated with faculty, staff, and community leaders to provide seminars on career related issues, leadership, and entrepreneurship. When the opportunity arose to combine career planning and placement with business ownership, Bellwether Executive Search was born. Debbie operates her professional and private life on two Biblical principles, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” and “You reap what you sow.”

Dr. Carolyn Brightharp is a consultant with Bellwether Executive Search, Inc., and specializes in the technical and healthcare sectors. She received a B.S. in Biology from College of Charleston, her M. Ed. in Student Personnel Services from the University of South Carolina and her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University. Carolyn is a highly qualified executive with more than 20 years of multi-faceted management experience in higher education administration. Carolyn is a results-driven and effectual leader with strong qualifications in educational leadership, project / program management, strategic planning, budget and finance, human resources, recruitment and training. She has collaborated with faculty, staff, industry and community leaders to provide career related opportunities for graduates.
